Shipping Methods

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestic orders 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days while USPS First class usually takes 2-4 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. 

FREE* domestic shipping on orders $100+. This promo applies to single candles orders. Retail only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International packages are shipped via USPS International and typically arrive within 1-3 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. Rates are calculated by weight of package/delivery destination and are for postage alone.

PLEASE NOTE: International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Here at Lucin Candle Studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if a photo for proof of damage is submitted to us within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.

The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and exchanged items.

 

Candle Care 

• Be sure to allow at least 2 hours for your first burn OR until the entire top layer of wax melted to maximize the life of your candle.

• Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before lighting. This helps prevent the flame from getting too large.

• Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface. This will also help prevent possible heat damage.

• Keep lit candles away from fans, vents or direct access to air currents.

• Store candle in a cool and dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.

• Do not touch or move a burning candle.

• Extinguish the candle if the flame becomes too large. Let the candle cool, trim the wick before re-lighting.

• Always keep the candle within your sight.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish all candles when you leave a room or before going to sleep.
